Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or just need someone to talk to, BetterMynd is here to help.
SupportLinc offers 24/7/365 services that allow GU Community members to call, text or Skype a licensed mental health professional any time of day, any day of the year – including weekends and holidays. Up to five (5) in-person appointments or telehealth visits are available, per issue, at no cost.
